Jeez, can you believe it? I finished my thesis!! Well, I still have to finish the paper-writing portion of it- but I finished all the art!

My thesis mentor was the wonderful Barry Pelzner. I feel like I made some pretty substantial leaps this semester and I owe a great deal of that to Barry. You’re #1, man!

I know nobody comes here to read what I write, so here’s some artwork for you-

Ampersand Fever

So, I had someone ask me about a piece I did a couple years ago in which I tiled Starburst wrappers onto a piece of cardboard and then painted an ampersand on top. I’m not sure whatever happened to the original piece, so I decided to buy a bag of Starbursts and make a new piece…which turned into four pieces…
